Cancellation & Refunds policy

At Get-A-Guide-Paris by Sababa Tours, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to make your travel experience as seamless as possible. Our cancellation policy reflects our commitment to providing flexibility while also ensuring fair treatment for both our clients and our business partners. Please review the following details regarding our cancellation policy:

Cancellation Window:

Clients may cancel their booking up to 2 months before the scheduled departure date of the tour or travel package to receive a full refund of the total booking cost.

Cancellations made 1 month before the scheduled departure date are eligible for a 75% refund of the total booking cost.

Cancellations made 2 weeks before the scheduled departure date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking cost.

Cancellations made 1 week before the scheduled departure date are non-refundable.

Refunds:

Refunds for cancellations made within the applicable cancellation window will be issued promptly, in accordance with the above terms. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment, unless otherwise requested by the client.

Special Circumstances:

In the event of extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies or travel restrictions imposed by government authorities, Get-A-Guide-Paris by Sababa Tours may offer exceptions to the standard cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis. Clients are encouraged to contact us directly to discuss their individual situation.

No-shows:

Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled tour or travel package without prior notification are not entitled to a refund.

Changes and Modifications:

Clients who wish to make changes or modifications to their booking, such as rescheduling the departure date or altering the itinerary, are encouraged to contact Get-A-Guide-Paris by Sababa Tours as soon as possible. Changes may be subject to availability and additional fees, depending on the nature of the request.

Force Majeure:

In rare cases of force majeure events, such as natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Get-A-Guide-Paris by Sababa Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify tours or travel packages without liability. In such instances, clients will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered where possible.
